Consistently ranked Top 3 in sales at my store, earning a sales pin for performance and finishing with the most achievement pins on my team (5 total) while most coworkers had 1–2.
Earned my Parts Expert Pin by passing the certification exam (80%+) showing product knowledge and commitment beyond normal expectations.
- Helped customers find the right parts and solutions, whether that was testing batteries/alternators, recommending products, or just making sure they left with what they needed.
